Meggings!! The new alternative for men's skinny jeans...?

Despite the fact that Meggings- Men's leggings- isn't a new trend and it has been seen on the runways for years now, and we thought they will never happen. This season fashion icons like Lenny Kravitz and Russell brand have been spotted in meggings.
Men who wore Meggings actually commented that they're much more comfortable than the skinny jeans and show off their legs.

The meggings trend has been set off in the streets of New York and a bit in London, and is starting to expand among men.
I wonder, since now Egypt is filled with fashion conscious peeps, would you guys adopt this new trend? Or is it too gay for Egypt's culture? Would you even consider wearing these meggings at home since they're so comfortable....
